    The vapor that comes out really does look like fire and when you turn off the lights it really does look magical. The setup process is also amazingly simply just add water and an essential oil or cologne of your choice. Scent projection on this is also really good I can smell the scent from outside my room.

    The mist didn’t come through. I’ve done everything you possibly do. Shouldn’t be this hard. Maybe the one I got was faulty? Not sure! Either way, I’m returning it.

    I got it for my bedroom. Followed all the instructions and the amount of mist was very low.Also, wouldn’t turn off. Left on for 24 hours to see when it would turn off. Returned.

    Although I thought this was little pricey for a diffuser it really is beautiful. It has a nice, big reservoir that omits amble mist. The LED lights illuminate the mist into a "flame" look. All in all, I'm very pleased.

    The media could not be loaded.  My wife and I love this diffuser. We’ve had it running for a few weeks now, mainly in the evening, and we still comment to one another how cool looking it is. Super easy to set up - just add water to the fill line, add a few drops of your choice of essential oils or fragrance oils, and turn it on. The amount of vapor it generates was surprising and, in turn, the amount of “flame” it creates was surprising. Simple controls - just two buttons in the front bottom of the diffuser, one is for the vapor flow the other is for the lights. When it’s running just right with no wind or draft blowing on it, it legit looks flame like. A slow, mesmerizing flame. If you have a ceiling fan or air vents blowing on it, the effect is greatly reduced though, naturally. But yeah, we’re very happy with this diffuser. We’ve sent videos of it to friends and stuff just because it’s so cool looking. 5 stars easy!

    The media could not be loaded.  In contrast to some other reviews, I had no issues with this diffuser.Right out of the the box, added water, plugged it in with the included usbC to USBA cable (no charger) and the misting effect started moments later.Even in a well-lighted room the smoke/fire effect was visible and could be made more visible by using the brightness setting.I would say that it would be cool to have multi colored lights but that isn’t what this one is meant for.The mist effect is a nice change from the average diffusers. Even with the lights off it is cool.I would say this is worth a look.

    I REALLY wanted this product to work as described and depicted in the photos. Not even a little bit!! There's an orange light and if you squint, you might be able to see a tiny wisp coming out of it that in no way resembles a flame. Lame.

    The center LED light was burnt out upon arrival, but I don’t feel it’s worth the hassle to send it back. I love that it makes use of a third of the amount of oils I was burning every day. The double bright setting is just that… BRIGHT! I’m happy with the purchase. Would recommend, if you don’t mind the possibility of a small inconvenience upon arrival.

    The media could not be loaded.  This diffuser definitely has a Wow-how-did-they-do-that? effect. Faux ‘flames’ (water vapor) appear to float out a slot at the top like fire. The design resembles a little black modern toaster. It is quite small but don’t let the size fool you. I ran this diffuser from 4-11pm and it still had water in it! I was worried I would have to keep refilling it due to the small size. I use distilled water in it with only a few drops of essential oil. It’s lovely. I have it in black. The USB cord it includes is white though, not sure why they did that.

    The media could not be loaded.  I tried using a black type c cable I had already and it didn’t seem to want to work. So just use the cable that comes with it and make sure it is plugged into a wall. It also didn’t have enough power plugged into my computer

    The product overall is ok. It does what it is intended to do. However, I’m very annoyed that they scent a WHITE cable with a black box. The contrast is horrible. I know they sell a white version, so this cable would be fine if I had that. However, for the black boxes, they should be giving black cables. This is just lazy and oversight and shouldn’t be the case. And no I shouldn’t have to go purchase a cable just to use this, which btw is usb but doesn’t include a plug.

    The vapor from this diffuser is so pretty. It looks like orange smoke coming off a fire. I just love keeping it by me when I'm reading. I not only fill the room with the lavender scent from drops of my lavender essential oil. Mine doesn't make any noise, although it seems like some do. I think those are faulty. It's easy to fill up and the buttons are intuitive. The diffuser is a bit on the pricer side, I would expect it to be in the $25 range, but it is very pretty and diffuses well.

I read some reviews where customers stated they didn’t get any fog coming out. This happened to me at first but I discovered the power supply I was using was not appropriate for it (I was using a cheap one since the diffuser doesn’t comes with one). When switched and connected to my phone’s charger, it worked perfectly.

    Ce diffuseur est très beau, mais si on le laisse ouvert longtemp , il deviens tout mouillé jusqu'a mouiller le meuble sur lequel il est placé ! Je pense donc à le retourner pour cette raison, car ça peut être dangereux pour le fil électrique derrière car ça fait quand meme beaucoup d'eau! Le diffuseur devient vraiment très très mouillé par des grosses gouttes d'eau.Je me demande s'il n'est pas défectueux ou s'il ne manque pas une pièce à l'interieur car ce n'est pas normal

    The media could not be loaded.  I’m very satisfied with this purchase for a few reasons; it’s easy to use (you literally plug it in and push 2 buttons), it automatically turns off, it’s close to being silent, and it’s unique compared to diffusers that can be purchased in stores like Walmart, Target, and many home decor retailers. The only con is that I would’ve liked to be a few inches larger for the price.

    This is pretty fun, I haven’t gotten any oil to put use with the diffuser yet, but it puts a little moisture into the air in my bedroom which is nice. The “flame” is kinda fun, as long as there isn’t a huge draft flowing through the area.

    The diffuser is beautiful and the mist is very pretty. It looks as if the flame is dancing and creates a very calming feeling. It’s perfect for a desk or a small room to diffuse. It makes my desk smell so good. The first one I received is defective, but the customer representative was very quick to reply and helpful. I really appreciate that. The only complaint I have is the white noise of the motor running and the water dripping noise from the diffuser. Mine is getting a bit louder every day, but the diffuser still runs well. Hopefully this diffuser will last a long time. Still, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again and will recommend it to everyone I know.

    This diffuser looks amazing and has a great effect. Worked brilliantly to begin with but very quickly became less powerful, leaving more water in the tank each time until eventually after three months in it stopped diffusing at all.

    This is my second order of this kind of diffuser and this particular model does not have a very bright light. The “flame” effect is not as noticeable as is on other brands.I do like the buttons on the front of the unit vs a remote feature.Works ok, but does make noise.

    Update: was contacted by customer service and they replaced the one that didn’t work? Turned out it’s the little fan on the bottom that wasn’t working which pushes the air out the top. New one works greatDoesn’t come through the hole. If I pull the lid off it is creating the most, but zero bit of it comes through the top hole

    The unit is small and fits just about anywhere. I filled the tank and added my favorite essential oil. The fire light effect is best seen in a darkened room. It is pretty to watch the fumes over the lights. The scent filtered through most of my house. It has an auto shut off function that activates when the tank is empty. That's good if I forget to turn it off. It is easy to maintain and keep clean.

Just fill up to the water level line. There are 2 buttons. One turns on and off the diffuser. The second button turns on the lights that give it the flame effect. That second button that controls the lights has two settings low light and bright light. The instructions say to push and hold to get the brighter setting but you merely need to press and release a second time. First press turns the light on. Second press makes it brighter. Third press turns the light off.What surprised me the most is that the flame effect works even with strong ambient light around.I live that it is USB powered. Other diffusers are AC, but because this one is USB I can plug it into the wall outlet (with a usb dongle - not included) or even use in the car or while camping.Overall if you are looking strictly for function other diffusers are cheaper. But the flame effect on this one is so mesmerizing I diffuse water with no aromatherapy drops just for the cool effect. If you like the style this aromatherapy diffuser is a good buy.

    The noise is bearable, I’ve had mine for about a month and it’s worked great. The one issue I have with it is the control buttons got stuck and I haven’t been able to use it since.

I put it my living room to test it and it did provide a hint of the aroma oil but it was when I put it in a smaller room I could really tell. I love it! Got a 2nd for my wife and she LOVES it!

    I just picked this up today and plugged it in and set it up just like I do with my many other diffusers. I chose this one as it looked really interesting and different. After putting it on, it ran for a good 15 seconds and that was the end of her. Really disappointed it didn't last longer than the day. Still gets a 2 star because it did look cool while it ran. Upset as I did want one.

    It is a flimsy, lightweight, cheaply-made plastic toy. Definitely not worth the Midthirty-range price. Regardless, the unit does not work, regardless of which USB outlet or plug we've tried. At this price point, it should not be this difficult. Returning the product immediately. Would not recommend to anyone.

    I ordered the black one but it came with a white cord, which makes no sense. The cord is way too short, it’s a USB cable but it came without a cube, I had to borrow one from another device for now so that I can plug it into the wall. Flame not as big as ones I have seen in other reviews, not sure why (maybe it’s defective.) It’s smaller than I thought. Made of cheap plastic. Too pricey for it’s shortcomings.

    This worked great at first. My son wanted it and I have to admit, I was a little jealous I didn’t get one for myself! It smelled great and looked really cool, especially if the lights were out. However, after less than two months, it just stopped working. My teenage son checked behind me to make sure everything was connected (he’s better at that stuff than I am), but still did not work. It lights up but no diffusing action at all. The button seems messed up. I can’t return it for a refund since it’s been more than 30 days. But won’t be using this item or seller again. Hate it bc it looked really cool for the month and a half it actually worked.

    Had problems instantly opening the item. The diffuser gets sticky and plastic begins to melt. Eventually the charger melts and the product stops working altogether. Just bought the item a little over a month ago and I bought two. Disappointed.

    I was very excited to receive this item & couldn’t wait to plug it in. I was happy at first, but then, while laying in bed, I told my husband that I smelled something burning. (I would only use this at night on the bed stand) I started to look around the bedroom, and then looked at the diffuser, checked the plug in the back and yes, the plug was starting to burn! (It burned to where I couldn’t even unplug it from the product) I immediately unplugged it from the wall, drained it and threw it in the garbage. (This happened within 2 weeks of use) I did not bother to complain or try to get a refund as I didn’t want to bother with it. This was very scary and thank God I was awake to catch this before something terrible went wrong! I hope this has helped someone or maybe someone else experienced the same issues.

    I liked what I saw on the website.But what I see and what it looks like in reality when in- use is quite different.The steam does not look like fire as it does on the website.

    Broke and started to make weird noises after only a few uses! So disappointed!
